Lunch time is yoga time. Use your lunch break to practice yoga with me.
We practice Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga where all exercises flow from one into another so that you get the feeling of „meditation in motion“. We will do physical excercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. The focus of this course is on strengthening (especially core) and relaxation. You will achieve serenity in your everyday life. Physical and emotional tension is released, stress is reduced and prevented.
All levels are welcome in this course, from absolute beginners to long-time yoga practitioners. Flexibility, physical fitness and strength are not a prerequisite for participation in this course, but they are goals.
The course is a prevention course („Präventionskurs“) certified by the Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention in Germany, which means that your German statutory health insurance covers the costs up to 100%. Please ask your health insurance provider how much they will pay after you completed the course.
You can also participate if your insurance does not cover the costs.
