Participation in the Hatha Yoga online course is at your own risk. In order to participate, you must not suffer from any of the following contraindications:
- Participants with acute mental illnesses requiring treatment are contraindicated. Participation in this course is unfortunately not possible under these conditions.
- The measures are contraindicated for participants with severe mental illnesses requiring treatment. Participation in this course is unfortunately not possible under these conditions.
